The Enterprise Agility Coaching Workshop is an Instructor Led Live Online training program that is offered in 2 sessions [Saturday and Sunday]. Each session is seven and half hour in duration. This training is unique and one-of-a-kind that focuses on both the areas of “being agile” and “doing agile”. This is a highly interactive workshop that makes ample use of discussions and exercises to help participants learn soft skills necessary to have a successful and sustainable agile transformation. You will learn and refresh your knowledge in terms of agile practices/principles, lean thinking, system thinking, culture, structure and other necessary components to lead enterprise/business agility within organization. The course focuses four distinct aspects in an integral fashion: Leadership, Practices, Systems, and Culture to equip enterprise agility coaches and leaders to have smoother agile transformation. The training focuses on enhancing learner’s skill in servant leadership, organizational change, lean thinking and professional coaching.
